Toivo was imported from the Netherlands, bred by Angela and Bert Pos, Kennel Dark Brightness.
He is a son of the top producer Xeros (Lutin x Tee) out of a Millo grandaughter.
His pedigree includes some of the most famous dogs in Europe. Toivo means "hope" in Finnish, and he has certainly met our expectations.
He is a very masculine, flashy looking dog, with excellent breed type, plenty of bone, a lovely short-backed outline, deep chest, and a stand-off mahogany red coat with just the right amount
of blackening. He is a good, sound mover with a lovely side gait, extremely light on little cat feet. Toi has a wonderful character. One of his most notable characteristics is his lack of reactivity;
he has no noise sensitivities at all. He is stable, calm, easy-going, obedient, and gentle, 100% trustworthy with children. Toivo is well-suited to performance activities. He is a wonderful herding dog,
